President receives Kazakhstani Premier

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr Karim Massimov paid a courtesy call on the President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj on July 15. The sides discussed key issues of bilateral ties and cooperation.

They also touched upon the matter of conducting direct flights in Ulaanbaatar-Astana route.

President Ts.Elbegdorj said that he and the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev are good friends, and noted that Mongolia and Kazakhstan have much in common for the fact that both nations are the nomadic nations - felt-tent dwellers.

The sides mentioned that the two heads of states will have a chance to meet once again during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, to be held in Kazakhstan in June, 2017.
