EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In the first half of this year, the Financial Regulatory Commission (FRC) received 116 requests and complaints from consumers and investors.
109 issues of them have been resolved in accordance with laws and rules, and seven of them are being analyzed. Majority of the messages are concerning complaints about dividend sharing of stock companies and the shares have been sold through brokers without a permission of shareholders. Moreover, there were messages about registrations and addresses of stock companies, decisions of shareholders’ conference, and dividend.
