G.Ariunbaatar to be awarded Order of Chinggis Khaan

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ State Honored Artist Ariunbaatar Ganbaatar will be the next laureate of the supreme state prize - the Order of Chinggis Khaan, on the birth anniversary of the Great Khaan and the National Pride Day of Mongolia.

Customarily, the nation celebrates the Great Khaan’s birthday on the first day of winter, according to the Mongolian Lunar Calendar, which befalls this October 31.

G.Ariunbaatar is the Best Singer award and Grand Prix winner of the 15th International Tchaikovsky Competition. He is currently working for the Mariinsky Theatre of Saint Petersburg, Russia.
