Historic drama about D.Natsagdorj to be premiered in November

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The “Jargaagui Nar” (The unset  sun), a new tragic drama written by Sh.Gurbazar, is honoring the 110th birth anniversary of outstanding poet D.Natsagdorj, the founder of Mongolia’s contemporary literature. The drama will be staged on November 4 at the State Academic Theatre of Drama.

B.Shinebayar, the best actor of 2015, is playing the role of Dashdorjiin Natsagdorj, along with N.Bayarmaa who is playing Pagmadulam (Natsagdorj’s wife).

During the opening, an exhibition will be available for the audience. It will feature the great writer’s life and masterpieces in forms of filmography and fine arts.

The tickets will be available from October 26 through cashier of the State Academic Theatre and via easyticket.mn.

Dashdorjiin Natsagdorj is a Mongolian poet, writer, and playwrighter, and founder of the Mongolian Writer's Union. He was born in Tov (Central) province on November 17 of 1906. He was arrested, falling victim of the political repression in 1932 and was released the same year. D.Natsagdorj died in 1937, at his 31 years old.
