Mongolian junior athletes bring 9 medals from International Taekwondo Championships

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The 21st international “Asian Cities Taekwondo Championships” took place in Hong Kong on April 22-23. Mongolian athletes brought home nine medals from the tournament held by Asian Taekwondo Union.

Under the coaching of S.Yanjinlkham, B.Batbaatar and D.Altantuya, young athletes in the juvenile tournament, namely E.Enkhmurun of “Arslan” club, B.Zoljargal and E.Bat-Orgil of “Khukh Chono” club along with the athletes from Dornogobi aimag G.Sukhbat, E.Altantuya and M.Davaadelger have won gold medals from the tournament.

Also, E.Enkhgerel and G.Uchral won silver medals while D.Soyol-Erdene finished the tournament with a bronze medal.
