Working group re-established for Erdenet Corporation and Mongolrostsvetmet JSC

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Cabinet meeting held Thursday decided to re-establish a working group in responsible for taking actions, which are reflected in the Parliamentary resolution #23, namely ‘Some actions on Erdenet Mining Corporation and Mongolrostsvetmet JSC’.

The working group will be headed by Finance Minister Ch.Khurelbaatar and comprise the Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs, Mining and Heavy Industry, and Road and Transport Development, Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Erdenet Mining Corporation, Vice President of the Bank of Mongolia, Acting Head of the General Intelligence Agency and Executive Director of the Development Bank of Mongolia.  

The working group was obliged to report outcomes of action and drafts of relevant decisions to the Government within December, 2017.
