The 2018 National Freestyle Wrestling Championship concludes

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ The 2018 National Freestyle Wrestling Championship concluded on January 14 at ‘Khangarid’ Sports Palace of Orkhon aimag.
More than 300 wrestlers of 25 teams competed for three days in the NFWC. This year’s championship was hold in new weight categories, updated by the United World Wrestling. For instance, winners were selected in categories of men’s 57, 61, 65,70, 74, 79, 86, 92, 97 and 125kg and women’s 50, 53, 55, 57, 59, 62, 68, 72 and 76kgs.
In men’s category, some of gold medal winners were Ts.Tsogbadrakh (57 kg), E.Nyam-Ochir (65kg), G.Mandakhnaran (74kg), O.Uitumen (86 kg) and B.Zorigtbaatar (97 kg).
In women’s category, E.Narangerel (50kg), E.Sumiya (53kg), P.Orkhon (62kg), Sh.Tumentsetseg (68kg), A.Chantsalnyam (76kg) as well as others won gold medals.
