Eco-friendly kindergarten to be built in Bayanzurkh district

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The UNICEF’s Child Friendly Community-Child Friendly District Program is being successfully implemented in Bayanzurkh district of Ulaanbaatar city. Presentation of the projects and plans to be carried out and developed under the project respectively was held today.
The meeting presented projects for resolving water supply and heating issues in kindergartens number 8, 122 and reconstructing the kindergarten number 3 into a new eco-friendly kindergarten without heat loss to be implemented within the goal of improving potentials of targeted rural educational institutions, kindergartens and dormitories to meet national water and hygiene standards and requirements as well as discussed a plan of actions.

The meeting was attended by the Governor of Bayanzurkh district, T.Bayasah, the deputy governor in charge of Employment and Social Development, B.Narachuluun, the head of the Governor's Office, B.Amartuvshin, UNICEF’s ‘Child Friendly Community’ program consultant, B.Zoya and the other specialists.
