Sports federations to cooperate with Arbitration for Sport

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian International and National Arbitration for Sport established a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation with Sports federations and unions on March 2.
MINAS is collaborating with the International Olympics Committee, the International Court of Arbitration for Sport, the National Olympic Committee of Mongolia and sports federations with aims to call youth for Olympic movement and to develop physical education and sports.
In this frame, the MINAS signed MoU with over 30 sports federations and unions including the Mongolian Wrestling Federation and the Mongolian Sport's Journalists Union.
Arbitration for Sport is responsible for making truthful decision regarding disagreements, misunderstanding, contract disputes between athletes, judges, sports committees, federations and clubs and issues on purchasing athlete, legionary athlete and also protecting equal rights, freedom and legal interests of the parties.
Currently MINAS has 23 arbiters and 2 of them are from China and Ukraine. Moreover, the organization commenced cooperation with Arbitrations for Sport of Japan, Singapore, Russia and China.
