Youth marks World Speech Day under theme ‘Human Rights and Perpetual Education’

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Marking the World Speech Day on March 15, a speech making event under the theme ‘Human Rights and Perpetual Education’ was co-organized by Toast Masters Mongolia NGO and the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia.
Organizing the event, Mongolians spread their views to the world together with people from more than 100 countries. The event was attended by 30 orators who made their presentation within 4-5 minutes. Moreover youths actively participated in the event, touching hidden social issues.
Number of speechmakers and scope of the event is increasing yearly since the World Speech Day was initiated by British author, orator Simon Gibson four years ago. The ‘New York Times’ newspaper works as a media partner of the Speech Day and events organized in the countries broadcasted concurrently via ‘Livestream Youtube’ online channel worldwide.
