GEC delegates observe Russian election

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian delegates led by Ch.Sodnomtseren, Chairman of the General Election Commission worked in Moscow to observe the Russian Presidential Election.
The delegates were received by Ella Pamfilova, Chairwoman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Russia. The sides discussed the traditional friendly relations between Mongolia and Russia, appreciated the level of bilateral cooperation, and agreed that intensification of bilateral cooperation is mutually beneficial.
Moreover, the sides expressed satisfaction on the implementation of the memorandum of understanding the election bodies established in 2009.
Chairman Ch.Sodnomtseren wished luck in the organization of the Presidential Election, while thanking for the opportunity to observe and learn from the Russian election. The Chairman also invited Ella Pamfilova to visit Mongolia.
