Four wrestlers suspended for two years after positive doping test

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The National Wrestling Association has resolved to suspend four wrestlers, who failed a doping test, for two years.
The Association’s Council met on March 20 to discuss two issues – holding wrestlers responsible for positive doping test and the preparations for the 8th ‘Ikh Ey’ conference of the association.
The National Anti-Doping Center gave doping tests to 31 wrestlers during a tournament in December, the results of which revealed four wrestlers – Garuda of Nation U.Bat-Orshikh, Hawk of Nation E.Dash, Lion of Aimag B.Nomindalai and Elephant of Soum S.Mainbayar – violating the anti-doping regulations in the national wrestling.
As for the 8th ‘Ikh Ey’ conference, it will be held on March 24 in Ulaanbaatar.
