Mongolia and Russia to broaden mutually beneficial cooperation

Moscow /MONTSAME/ Mongolia took part in the VII Moscow Conference on International Security held on April 4-5, for the fourth time and officials headed by Defense Minister N.Enkhbold represented the country.
At the second day of the Conference, Minister N.Enkhbold made a presentation ‘Asia: Regional Security Aspects’ expressing Mongolian current and further position on the regional security.
“Mongolia collaborates with Russia actively in defense sector and we agreed to broaden mutually beneficial cooperation in the future. Our military army has high professional skills. However, we are in urgent need to make technical reform,” the Minister stressed in his interview given at the end of the Conference.
The Conference focused on ‘Middle East outlook after eradication of ISIS and Syria’ and the representatives of the countries and international organizations including the UN and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe touched on security issues in European, Asian, African and Latin-American countries and cooperation of organizations of armed forces.
