Taekwondo athlete P.Duurenjargal qualified for Buenos Aires 2018

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian taekwondo athlete of the Olympic Sports Club P.Duurenjargal has been qualified to participate in the forthcoming Youth Olympic Games ‘Buenos Aires 2018’ to be held in October in Argentina.
Competing against the world’s best young taekwondo athletes, Mongolian P.Duurenjargal was selected as one of top eight athletes during the Hammamet-2018 World Taekwondo Junior Championships or Qualification Tournament for Buenos Aires 2018 YOG, held in Hammamet, Tunisia on April 9-13.
In recent years Mongolian taekwondo athletes are showing impressive results in the world and international tournaments and in Olympic Games. Athlete of the National Taekwondo team of Mongolia and athlete of Aldar Sports Club P.Temuujin took the special fifth place in the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games, showing great performances.
