Samples of innovative products sent to Japan

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Head of Mongolia-Japan Cultural and Economic Exchange of the International Friendship Exchange Council Naohiko Ito and delegates of Japanese biggest companies visited the Mongolian Foundation for Science and Technology on May 14 at the invitation of Director of the Foundation D.Enkhjargal.
The meeting aimed to promote outcomes of the projects implemented by Mongolian scholars and scientists in Japan, to collaborate in studying possibilities to export their goods to foreign market and to establish partnership.
At the meeting, the sides discussed about improving employees skills in scientific sector, implementing joint projects, involving scholars in Japanese scholarships, exporting innovative products made by Mongolian scholars to Japan, putting their intellectual works into economic circulation as well as transfering technology.
Japanese delegates also visited exhibition hall for innovative products and they selected 13 types of goods which are possible to introduce in Japanese market, agreeing to carry samples to Japan.
Moreover the representatives officially informed that Former Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia Takuo Kidokoro accepted the request to work as a non-vacant advisor to the Mongolian Foundation for Science and Technology.
At the initiatives of Mr.Takuo Kidokoro, ‘Training Thousand Engineering Project’ and a project ‘Japan-Mongolian Economic Cooperation’ are running until today.
