Mongolian University of Life Sciences to cooperate with Okayama University of Science

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On May 14-15, Deputy Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry J.Saule visited in Japan to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Mongolian University of Life Sciences (MULS) and Okayama University of Science of Japan, representing Mongolian part.
The Okayama University of Science opened a new department for veterinary last April, founding a training hospital for it. As a result of collaboration of the two universities, it has become possible to implement student exchange program and provide Mongolian students with Japanese up-to-date training facilities.
The Japanese part considered that it is possible to develop fish farming in Mongolia according to a special technology and the Deputy Minister expressed the Ministry is seeking an opportunity to introduce the technology to the MULS.
