モンゴル銀行、不良債権削減 金融健全化に向けて

　モンゴル銀行（BOM）は6日、「不良債権削減に向けた行動指針」草案を発表し、当該指針に関する要望等の受付を始めた、と報じた。受付期間は約30日だ。銀行の不良債権増加は預貸率の問題を引き起こす上、資金の流動性や収益の悪化を招きやすい、とBOMはその見解を表明。当該指針は、3部から成る。第1は、不良債権の削減戦略。第2は、不良債権削減に向けたガバナンス強化だ。第3は、活動報告の仕方である。国家統計委員会によると、3月までの銀行部門の総不良債権残高は総債権残高の9.2％に達し、前年同期に比べて約18.3％増のおよそ1兆3000億トゥグルグに及ぶ。
