Mongolian-Russian working group on industrial cooperation convenes

Moscow /MONTSAME/ The first meeting of Mongolian-Russian working group on industrial cooperation was held on April 22 in Moscow.
Representatives led by Advisor to Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry Kh.Narankhuu and Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of Mongolia in the Russian Federation O.Ochirmaa and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia V.L.Evtuhov attended the meeting and exchanged opinions on timely and policy issues on bilateral industrial, education and trade sectors.
Specifically, the delegates highlighted there is room for developing cooperation in aircraft production, agricultural equipment manufacturing, light industry and steel industry. Furthermore, the sides discussed possibilities of introducing and using Russian digital technologies in Mongolian education system as well as legal environment on opening Trade Representative’s Office of Mongolia in Vladivostok.
During the meeting, some representatives of Russian companies that are interested in having cooperation with Mongolia met with our delegates and established business ties.
