Mongolian delegation taking part in Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian delegation led by Deputy Director of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs T.Battsetseg are attending Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum taking place in New Delhi, India on September 17-20.


Representatives of 35 countries and international organizations are taking part in the forum being co-organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and Pacific, the Asian Development Bank and the Government of India.


Mongolian delegates participated in discussions under topics ‘Implementation of WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement’,’ Significance of general agreement on paperless trade in Asia and the Pacific’ and ‘Strengthening partnership between public and private entities to implement Trade Facilitation Agreement’, presenting activities and measures taken by the Mongolian Government and its further strategy.
