Representatives of National Audit Office visit Canada

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mr.Ganbold Tseden-Ish, Director of the Administration Department, and Mr.Enkhbold Delger, Director of the Strategic Management Department of the Mongolian National Audit Office of Mongolia, visited Canada holding official meetings at the Office of the Auditor General of Canada and the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario.
The parties exchanged prospects of cooperation and information on such essential topics as auditing of implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, use of Big Data and analytic software in audits. The delegates met with Mr. Sylvain Ricard, Interim Auditor General of Canada,and presented him invitation from Mr. Zandanbat Dorjsuren, the Auditor General of Mongolia. At the meeting with Madame Bonnie Lysyk, Auditor General of Ontario, and Assistant Auditor Generals Mr. Gus Chagani and Jerry V. DeMarco, the delegates discussed experiences of conducting mining and environmental auditing.
