60 m long bridge in Selbe sub center commissioned

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Construction work of 60 m long bridge, which was built within infrastructure development works of Selbe sub center, has been completed and handed over yesterday, November 14.
By commissioning the road, conditions are created to reduce traffic congestion on the roads of summer camp and intensify traffic movements in routes Dari-Ekh, 100 ail and Dambadarjaa. Moreover, it is significant to reduce traffic jam in routes 7 buudal and Chingeltei.
Construction works on three parallel bridges that have length of 60m, 30m and 24m have been running in the 14th khoroo of Sukhbaatar district. As of today, development work of 60m bridge has been fully completed while construction of 24m bridge is 80 percent complete and of 30m bridge is 65 percent. Further, 6.6 km auto road that links these bridges will be developed.
With completion of construction of these bridges and auto road in Selbe sub center, traffic congestion on the roads around 7 buudal and summer camp area will be eased by 30-40 percent. The aforementioned works are expected to be fully finished by the 3rd quarter of 2020.
