Training for Mongolia Digital School project organized in Nalaikh district

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In aims of making quality education equally accessible for children no matter where they were born and grew up, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports signed a Memorandum with ALLiN EduTech Group of Singapore, and the ‘Mongolia Digital School’ project in 2018 to implement the Jnrlink program in order to introduce digital learning methodology.


Previously, senior officials of all aimags, districts, and the capital city were involved in a professional development study trip in Singapore. Training to prepare 180 programme instructors was also organized for teachers of Khovd aimag, and nine districts of Ulaanbaatar.


The project opened its first classroom at School no.103 of Nalaikh district, investing MNT 12 million for its renovation and equipment. 65 children are currently being involved in the program.


A total of 25 classrooms are planned to be opened at the schools located in the ger districts of Bayanzurkh and Sukhbaatar districts, and soums of Khovd, Uvs, and Tuv aimags. 10,000 children are expected to be involved by the end of the project.
