9 apartments of Buyant Ukhaa-II complex to be allocated to vulnerable people

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Capital City Housing Corporation provided citizens with 972 rental and rent-to-own apartments of Buyant Ukhaa-II complex in 2019. It had been decided to entitle those who have lost their homes due to catastrophic events such as flood and fire to 5 percent or 15 of the 972 apartments as per a resolution of the Ulaanbaatar city council. So far, six of the 15 apartments have been transferred to their respective owners.


At its recent regular meeting, Ulaanbaatar city council decided to allocate the remaining 9 apartments to vulnerable persons.
