Clean public transport buses receive praise from residents

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. To take cautionary measures against the coronavirus infection as well as to improve hygiene and protection from various infections due to the spring season, regular sterilization and disinfection are being conducted on public transport with the change of each shift during the day.
The work is being done to conduct sterilization for over 930 buses that are being operated for public transport, and provide transport services for the capital city residents with clean buses everyday. Furthermore, as hand sanitizers have been placed on each bus alongside the bus drivers regularly wearing face masks, the public transport sector has been receiving positive feedback from the customers.
State inspectors are monitoring the disinfection of buses as well as whether passengers are wearing face masks as they use the transport. In aims of ensuring the cleanliness of public transport vehicles even after the pandemic, corresponding organizations are paying close attention to the regular sterilization and disinfection of buses and cautionary measures for any possible risks.
