Final election results presented to President

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The General Election Commission today presented the results of the 2020 parliamentary election of Mongolia and the decision to deem the elected candidates as members of the new parliament to President of Mongolia Kh.Battulga. 


Right at this moment, the new parliament – State Great Khural selected by the 2020 parliamentary election is opening its first session as summoned by the President of Mongolia with date set at 12 AM, June 30, Tuesday. At the parliament's opening session, the newly-elect 76 members will swear an oath of a parliamentary member and will choose the speaker of the parliament. Also, President Kh.Battulga is expected to deliver remarks opening the first plenary session.
