Joint painting and sculpture exhibition on display at art gallery of Union of Mongolian Artists

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ariunbold & Ariunbold joint
exhibition of paintings and contemporary sculptures by two Mongolian artists
of the same name is taking place at the art gallery of the Union of Mongolian
Artists until August 5.
Half of the 27 oil artworks painted by G.Ariunbold this
year are historical paintings depicting 13th century Mongolia and
the rest are those of landscapes. The Great Migration by the painter was
showcased at the exhibition staged during the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
The sunlight shining through the glass roof of the art
gallery enhances the landscape paintings and brings sharpness to the
historical ones.
The other artist, sculptor D.Ariunbold put his unique metal and other sculptures with deep meanings on display at the joint exhibition. He has held 12 exhibitions in 1996-2018.
