New meat market to open in Songinokhairkhan district

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A new meat market and meat processing plant is under
construction in the 32nd subdistrict of
Songinokhairkhan district and the meat market project is currently 70 percent complete.
CEO of 'MBY Trade', the project implementing company S.Baymbasuren said the public private partnership project received policy support from the capital city government and that, in the meat processing, livestock will be inspected three times for providing consumers with safe and good quality meat.
The facility is expected to make meat sales easier for both
herders and consumers, in addition to ensuring food security in the capital city.
