Unofficial English translations of the Laws of Mongolia begins to be published on legalinfo.mn

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. In partnership with the National Legal Institute, the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs has begun to publish unofficial English translations of laws of Mongolia on the integrated legal information system, ‘legalinfo.mn’ website.
The initiative makes it possible for citizens and organizations with aims to conduct studies on legislation, be informed, and compare them with other legislation as well as for foreign nationals to quickly obtain information about the legal environment of Mongolia.
As of currently, the General Law on State Registration, the Law on Civil State Registration, the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities, and the Law on State Registration of Property Rights have been published on the site for starters.
It is planned for the legalinfo.mn website to undergo renovation, necessary laws to be translated, and comprehensively bring them to users in an accessible manner. The unofficial English translations of laws are available on the link: https://www.legalinfo.mn/details/1317
