Education Minister meets Director of Russian Centre of Science and Culture

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Education and Science
L.Tsedevsuren met with Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Mongolia, Director of Russian
Centre of Science and Culture in Mongolia (RCSC) Amgalan Bazarkhandaev.
Stressing their long-standing cooperation in education,
culture, and science, the sides exchanged information on the Russian government scholarship
selection process. Every year, the scholarship allows 550 Mongolians to study at
Russia universities and colleges.
At the meeting, the Russian side expatiated on the activities of RCSC and put forth some proposals for cooperation. Minister L.Tsedevsuren proposed cooperating in training and upskiling of Russian language teachers, mentioning that the country has developed an integrated database for its education sector.
