Interim regulation for calculating COVID-19 spread and prevention to be approved

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Deputy Prime Minister S.Amarsaikhan has issued an order to set up a working group to develop temporary regulation designed for measures for Covid-19 prevention and calculating the coronavirus spread.
In line with guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, the working group has completed developing the regulation. Once approved, the temporary regulation will serve as a guide for estimating and predicting virus spread and lay the foundation of legal framework for corresponding measures to take regarding the manufacturing and service industries.
The regulation is planned to be approved by the government this week and comes into force from February 23, reports the Cabinet Secretariat.
