Ambassador to Russia discussed cooperation with Federation Council Deputy Speaker

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Russian Federation D.Davaa had a meeting with Konstantin Kosachev, Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, on March 24. 

 

The sides emphasized that there is ample opportunity to create a new cooperation mechanism between the legislatures of Mongolia and Russia and expand regional and cross-border cooperation on the 100th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. 

 

Speaking briefly of the current difficult COVID-19 situation in Mongolia, Ambassador D.Davaa asked support in supply of Sputnik V vaccine from Russia. 

 

Federation Council Deputy Speaker K.I.Kosachev undertook to provide support and pay attention to the vaccine supply to Mongolia.
