481 new cases of COVID-19 recorded

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At the regular press briefing of the
Ministry of Health today on March 30, it was reported that 481 new cases were
detected in Mongolia after testing 14,218 people nationwide within the past 24
hours.
While there were 404 new cases detected in the capital, 77
were recorded in the provinces; Bayankhongor-1, Orkhon-15, Uvs-1, Arkhangai-7,
Tuv-27, Uvurkhangai-10, Darkhan-3, Khovd-2, Khentii-1 and Bulgan-10.
In the past 24 hours, 124 people have been discharged from
the hospital, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,835.
As of today, the total number of COVID-19 confirmed cases in
Mongolia now stands at 8070, of which 6672 cases were recorded in Ulaanbaatar
and 861 in provinces.
Today 1,776 patients are receiving treatment at hospitals of
the capital city and provinces. Of the patients, 1,486 are in mild, 250
are in serious, 31 are in critical and 11 are in very critical health
condition.
