Russian senators awarded Polar Star Order

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Russian Federation, President of Mongolia issued an order to award Members of the Federation Council of Russia Ilyas Umakhanov and Bair Zhamsuyev the Order of Polar Star in recognition of their contributions to expanding the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. 


On May 17, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Russia D.Davaa presented the high state award to the Russian senators at the Mongolian Embassy in Russia. The Ambassador also exchanged views on bilateral relations with the Russian side.
