Foreign Minister meets Head of Swiss Cooperation in Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Battsetseg had a meeting with Head of Swiss Cooperation in Mongolia Stefanie Burri on July 9.
At the beginning of the meeting, they discussed the current COVID-19 situation and progress made in vaccination efforts in the country and Minister B.Battsetseg voiced gratitude for the Swiss Confederation’s humanitarian assistance of much needed hospital equipment and medicine.
The sides discussed opportunities for expanding economic relations and boosting trade between the two countries and diversifying Mongolia’s exports as well as proposals to cooperate within the United Nations and other international organizations and provide mutual support in the organizations’ elections.
