Ts.Anudari and E.Davaakhuu finish 13th in 10m Air Pistol Team event

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On July 27, IM Ts.Anudari and E.Davaakhuu competed in the mixed team 10m air pistol event, finishing 13th at the Tokyo Summer Olympics.


The rules of the event state that the top 8 teams qualify for the final round after firing three series of shots. Consisting of two young athletes, the Mongolian team had a score of 199 in the first series (92 by Anudari and 99 by Davaakhuu), 193 in the second series (95 and 98), and 186 in the third series (90 and 96), placing 13th in the rankings with a total score of 571.


The teams of India (582), Russian Olympic Committee (581), China (581), Ukraine (580), Serbia (577), Australia (576), and Iran (575) as well as a second team of China (576) qualified for the finals.
