Landscaping works made on 3.01 hectares of area in Selbe subcenter

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. In the Selbe subcenter, landscaping works were made on 3.01 hectares of area along the flood protection dam. It includes the establishment of green areas, construction of basketball court, playgrounds and sidewalk, and installment of fitness equipment and seats. ‘Bodi Properties’ LLC has performed the landscaping works since 2019 and completed this week.
Specifically,
Selbe subcenter or social welfare and engineering infrastructure is being built
on a total of 156 hectares of land in the 13th and 14th khoroos of Sukhbaatar
district and the 14th and 18th khoroos of Chingeltei district.
In the Selbe subcenter, 6.7 km urban road with width of 14 meters, 5.3 km telecommunication networks, 9.97 km extension of main heating pipelines, 19.78 km water supply and sewerage networks, 2.4 km flood protection dam, 1000 m3 water reservoir, two kindergartens with the capacity of 150 and 240 children, as well as 60m, 30m and 24m bridges are being constructed. The planned activities also include the construction of Information Technology Center, substation center for distribution of water and heating, and Business Incubator and Vocational Training Center.
