COVID-19: 3,240 new cases, 14 deaths reported

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The Ministry of Health reported today, September 11 that 3,240 new cases of COVID-19 have been detected in the past 24 hours. More specifically, 1,705 new cases were detected in the capital city, with 1,537 cases in rural regions.

As of today, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Mongolia now stands at 252,648. In the past 24 hours 3,899 patients have made recoveries.

The Ministry also reported 14 new COVID-19 related deaths. Currently, 21,344 people are receiving hospital treatment for COVID-19 whilst 39,792 people with mild symptoms of COVID-19 are being isolated at home.
