President issues decree on establishment of Constitutional Law Institute

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On the occasion of the proclamation
of the Mongolian People’s Republic, and the adoption of the first Constitution, President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh issued a decree to establish the
Constitutional Law Institute based on the School of Law, National
University of Mongolia (NUM).
The decree issued by the President
of Mongolia has been handed over today to Dr. B.Ochirkhuyag, Director of the National
University of Mongolia, Dr.Ts.Bolormaa, Deputy Director of Financial Planning,
and Dr. B.Amarsanaa, Director of the Law School.
The establishment of the
Constitutional Law Institute is expected to have a significant impacts on understanding and adhering the Constitution and the rule of law, promoting historical significance
of the constitution, and enforcing the Constitution.
