Mongolia’s Ambassador presents credentials to King Harald V of Norway

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary and
Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Norway T. Janabazar
presented his Letter of Credence to King Harald V of Norway on December 2.
At the meeting held following the ceremony, the Ambassador conveyed
the greetings of the Mongolian President U. Khurelsukh to the King Harald V and
expressed confidence that the Mongolian-Norwegian traditional friendly relations
would be further strengthened through bilateral efforts.
Extending his greetings to the President of Mongolia, King Harald
V said he hopes that the newly appointed Ambassador would contribute
significantly to strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
When working in the Kingdom of Norway, Ambassador T.
Janabazar held several meetings with some Norwegian officials including Torgeir
Larsen, Deputy Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Norway and Kristin Enstad Director, East Asia and Oceania,
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss the intensification of the
Mongolian and Norwegian political, trade, economic and cultural relations as well
as the measures to be organized on the occasion of the 55th
anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2023.
