Mongolia, Latvia hold first political consultation

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. The First Political Consultative Meeting between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia was held online on April 28, 2022.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on bilateral relations as well as cooperation within the regional and international organizations.

The sides stressed the significance of supporting cooperation between the private sector to develop trade and economic relations between the two countries, and came to a decision to seek opportunities to expand Mongolia-Latvia cooperation in education, transport and forestry sectors.
