Mongolian Athletes Won Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals at the Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. Twelve athletes from our country are competing in the Asian Classic Powerlifting Championship in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from December 2-8.

 

In the youth category of the competition, B. Batkhishig won the gold medal by bench-pressing 75 kg in the youth 63 kg category. Prior to this achievement of hers, she won a bronze medal at the World Classic Junior Powerlifting Championship and a silver medal at the Asian Powerlifting Championship Youth.

 

A. Tsedensodnom won a bronze medal in the men's 74 kg weight category of the senior Master's I division, while Kh. Amarsanaa won 2 gold and 2 silver medals in the same weight category in the Master's II division.
