Kyrgyz Republic Opens its Embassy in Mongolia
PoliticsUlaanbaatar, July 12, 2023 /MONTSAME/ The Kyrgyz Republic opened its Embassy in Mongolia on July 11 as part of the State Visit of the Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov to Mongolia.
The opening ceremony of the Embassy was attended by Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia B. Battsetseg, Minister of Foreign Affairs of
the Kyrgyz Republic Jeenbek Kulubaev, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Kyrgyz
Republic S. Gankhuyag, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Mongolia Aibek
Artykbaev and other officials.
Mongolia opened its diplomatic mission in Bishkek in 2014,
and the opening of the Embassy of Kyrgyz Republic in Ulaanbaatar, is a clear
expression of the willingness of intensifying and expanding the relations and
cooperation between the two countries. It also will give crucial impetus for the rapid development of the
relations, emphasized Minister of Foreign Affairs B. Battsetseg.
“We appreciate the fact that the government of the Kyrgyz Republic attaches great importance to Mongolia-Kyrgyz relations and appoints Mr. Aibek Artykbaev, an experienced diplomat and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Mongolia.”
