Teacher-Student Duo Sets Guinness World Records for Memory

Ulaanbaatar, February 21, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Khatanbaatar Khandsuren, Founder and CEO of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy, along with his student Chingim Sainduu, have set new Guinness World Records.


In the Simon memory game, both blindfolded and relying solely on auditory cues, athlete Chingim Sainduu achieved 276 presses (23 sequences), while Khatanbaatar Khandsuren, Founder and CEO of the Mongolian Intellectual Academy, achieved 325 presses (25 sequences) without errors. They successfully completed the task with only a 5-second interval between each press, adhering to the strict rules where failure to press within the allotted time results in disqualification.


The "HUMAN CALCULATOR-WINTER 2024" competition, jointly organized by Mind Sports Clubs and the Mongolian Intellectual Academy, took place on February 4, 2024. This event was held among students participating in the "Khurundai" intellectual development program. A total of 440 students, including those from Ulaanbaatar city, rural contracted branches, the South Korea branch, and the “Yazguur” school, competed across four categories, showcasing their quick-thinking skills across two age groups.
