President of Mongolia Khurelsukh to Attend SCO Summit

Ulaanbaatar, July 2, 2024 /MONTSAME/. President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa will attend as an observer the Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization on July 3-4, 2024, in Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan.


Mongolia considers the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as an important channel for multilateral cooperation, and since Mongolia gained the status of observer in 2024, the country has been participating regularly in the Summit. 


President of Mongolia will give a speech at the Summit and hold talks with Heads of State to exchange views on issues of mutual interest and relations and cooperation.
