Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Receives Ambassador of the Republic of Korea

Ulaanbaatar, August 21, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia, Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve, received Choi Jin-won, the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Mongolia, on August 20, 2024.
At the outset of the meeting, Chairman D. Amarbayasgalan expressed his satisfaction with the deepening development of relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Korea across all sectors over the more than 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations. The Chairman noted that the relations have now evolved into a high-level "Strategic Partnership."
Ambassador Choi Jin-won congratulated D. Amarbayasgalan on his election as Chairman of the State Great Khural and expressed the commitment to closely cooperating in further developing the cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries. The two sides emphasized their intention to focus on advancing relations between the two nations, particularly by enhancing cooperation between the legislative bodies, Standing Committees, and friendship groups, as reported by the Media and Public Relations Department of the State Great Khural of Mongolia.
