Government of Mongolia Introduces AI-Based Chatbot

Ulaanbaatar, October 31, 2024 /MONTSAME/. During the Cabinet Meeting on October 30, 2024, Minister of Mongolia, Chief Cabinet Secretary of Mongolia Uchral Nyam-Osor presented the introduction of the AI-based chatbot aimed at promoting the Government Action Program for 2024-2028 to the public.


Relevant Ministers and officials were assigned to facilitate relevant authorized officials of the State Great Khural and organizations whose management is appointed by the Parliament, and state administrative organizations to access information through a dashboard to support their decision-making based on big data. They were also tasked to train and introduce the AI-based chatbot to share the implementation and progress of the 14 mega projects through the https://www.gov.mn website to the public and receive feedback and inquiries from citizens.


The Government emphasizes upgrading the 11-11 Citizens Feedback Center services based on artificial intelligence to provide solutions to previously solved questions, information on government operations, and instructions directly to the public.
