Events in Ulaanbaatar:
December 2: Party Groups of the State Great Khural of Mongolia will convene.
December 3-4: A meeting of the Standing Committees of the State Great Khural will take place.
December 4: Regular session of the Cabinet of Mongolia will be held.
December 4-5: The plenary session of the State Great Khural will take place.
December 7: The 14th “Golden Pen” competition will be organized to select the best works of journalism students.
December 7: A commemorative exhibition titled “A Bird Flying High Above” will display U. Ganbayar’s photograph collection and haiku poems written by Bilegsaikhan Sereenen.
Local Events:
December 2-6: Citizens’ Representative Khurals of Zavkhan, Dornod, Bulgan, Bayan-Ulgii, Khovd, and Sukhbaatar aimags will convene.
Events Abroad:
December 1-9: Prime Minister of Mongolia Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai will pay a working visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and participate in the Sixteenth Session of the Conference to the Parties (COP16) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
