Official Visit of Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia to China Begins

Beijing, February 24, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve is paying an official visit to the People's Republic of China on February 24-27, 2025.
Member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Hou Yongzhi and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the People's Republic of China Enkhbold Nyamaa welcomed Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve on February 24, 2025.
During the official visit, Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China Zhao Leji will hold official talks. The two sides will exchange views on developing cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries and expanding the activities of the Parliamentary Friendship Group in the State Great Khural.
The National People's Congress is the highest organ of state power of the People's Republic of China. The National People's Congress is composed of representatives elected for a five-year term from all provinces, municipalities directly under its jurisdiction, autonomous regions, special administrative regions, and the People's Liberation Army of China. The number of representatives is up to 3,000.
Also, the Mongolian delegation will visit the China Institute for Employment Research, the Beijing Xiaomi Electric Vehicle Factory, and the Jinhuinong Agricultural Professional Cooperative. The delegation headed by the Chairman of the State Great Khural includes heads of the political party groups in the State Great Khural, the heads of the Standing Committees, members of Parliament, representing the five parties and coalitions in the State Great Khural, and other officials.
