President of Mongolia to Attend the Celebration of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War

Ulaanbaatar, May 5, 2025. /MONTSAME/. At the invitation of President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa will attend the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Moscow on May 9, 2025.


President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa and President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will hold an official meeting and exchange views on relations and cooperation between the two countries.


On May 9, 2025, President Khurelsukh will attend the Victory Day Parade at Red Square, along with other Heads of State and high-ranking officials, and lay wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in  Alexander Garden.


The President also plans to lay wreaths at the "On the Roads of War" monument in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow and to meet with Soviet and Russian citizens who were awarded the titles Hero of the Mongolian People's Republic and Hero of Labor of the Mongolian People's Republic.


A military contingent from the Mongolian Armed Forces will participate in the Victory Day Parade.
