5,699 Officers Receive Specialized Training

Ulaanbaatar, September 24, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The Government of Mongolia has set a goal to strengthen the state civil service.
Within this framework, regular training programs have been organized to provide police and internal military officers with the legal knowledge and professional skills required for their positions, with the aim of building a skilled workforce and improving the quality and effectiveness of public services. A total of 5,699 officers have attended specialized training this year.
In particular, officers responsible for
investigation, public order protection, and traffic safety have been trained
through simulated crime scenarios and case studies. Practical sessions have
focused on the use of physical force, special equipment, firearms, and
individual protective gear, while also improving communication and professional
conduct. These courses have been delivered by experienced officers and
instructors, using Case Analysis based on real situations and past mistakes.
